Our regular office hours are:

Monday – Friday
8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

8:00a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Please present your current insurance card so that we can bill your insurance for you.

Co-payments and co-insurance is due at the time of service. We accept personal checks, cash, and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express)

If you experienced a problem with the service that you received while visiting our office, please contact the Practice Manager.

Please call our office two to three days after any laboratory tests or x-rays are completed to receive your results.
