Susan R. Harris, Au.D., FAAA, CCC-A

Doctor of Audiology

Susan received her Doctorate in Audiology from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry’s School of Audiology. She received her Master of Science degree in Audiology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Towson State University, graduating cum laude. Susan has been practicing Audiology since 1990, after completing a post-Master’s fellowship at the University of Maryland’s Shock Trauma Center. She worked at a large audiology practice in Northern Virginia and for an otolaryngology practice in Michigan before joining Hearing Professionals of Illinois in 2009. Susan is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (FAAA), is certified in Audiology by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and is a member of the Illinois Academy of Audiology. She is part of the adjunct faculty at Northwestern University and is a licensed Audiologist in the state of Illinois.
