Susan received her Master of Science degree in Audiology from the Central Institute for the Deaf at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri where she was the recipient of the Goldstein Award for Academic Achievement and Professional Promise. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where she graduated cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa. Susan has been practicing audiology since 1983 and worked at the University of Illinois Eye and Ear Infirmary before joining Hearing Professionals of Illinois in 1986. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (AAA) and a licensed Audiologist in the state of Illinois.
