Our office in Park Ridge, is located in the Yacktman Pavilion of Advocate Lutheran General Hospital, and is part of their Children’s Hospital. This is the eastern-most building of that hospital, located at 1675 Dempster Street, Park Ridge, IL, 60068. The building is on the corner of Western Avenue and Dempster Street. There is free parking behind the Yacktman Pavilion for your convenience. Look for the parking lot with the guard shack. Our clinic is on the 3rd floor of this building. When you enter the building from the parking lot, walk forward to the front, then turn right. Continue until you see a stairway and elevators. Take the elevators to the 3rd floor. Look for the office with the picture of the frog on the carpet right in front of the door! This will be the second doorway on your left.
